ZipDrift is a game for all ages. This policy explains, in plain terms, what the game stores, what it sends, and what the advertising it shows does.
Nothing. ZipDrift has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no crash reporting. We do not collect, transmit or receive any personal information about you, and we have no server of our own for it to go to.
Your progress is saved in the app's own private storage on your device:
None of this identifies you. If Android's backup is enabled on your device, this one file may be copied to your own Google account so a new phone keeps your garage. That is a feature of Android that you control in your device settings, not something the game does; you can turn it off there.
Uninstalling ZipDrift deletes this data.
ZipDrift shows rewarded ads supplied by Google AdMob. These are always optional: you tap a button to watch one in exchange for something in the game, such as continuing a run or unlocking a vehicle. There are no banners, nothing plays automatically, and nothing ever interrupts a run.
Ads are configured for child-directed treatment. Every ad request is tagged as directed to children and limited to a G content rating. This means ads are non-personalised — they are not targeted using a profile of you or your interests.
ZipDrift does not request or use the Android advertising ID. The permissions that would allow it are explicitly removed from the app.
To serve an ad, Google needs an internet connection and may process limited technical information such as approximate location derived from an IP address, device type and information needed to prevent fraud. This is done by Google, not by us, and is described in Google's advertising privacy information. If the device has no internet connection, no ads load and the game plays normally — the offers simply do not appear.
ZipDrift is suitable for children and is built accordingly. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Advertising is restricted to non-personalised, G-rated ads as described above, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, in Europe, the treatment required for users below the age of consent (GDPR).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because we do not collect personal information from anyone.
ZipDrift has no in-app purchases. There is nothing to buy, and the game never asks for payment details. Every vehicle and art style can be earned by playing; watching an ad is only ever a shortcut, never the only way to get something.
ZipDrift requests no other permissions. It has no access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, files or photos.
If the game changes in a way that affects this policy, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
